Heart Herbal Heat Pack:
Spread the Love with our versatile heart pack.  It is small enough to travel with, but large enough for many body parts.  Use the heart on your elbow, knee, ankle, wrist or anywhere that needs some loving care.
 
Directions:
Our herbal heat packs can be microwaved or heated in an oven using an oven safe bag.  DO NOT OVERHEAT. Heat for 1 – 2 minutes in microwave. For cold therapy, place the pack in a plastic bag and then freeze until the desired level of cold is achieved.
