BY SUBMITTING THE IDEA AND/OR ANY RELATED MATERIAL TO The Bartholomew Method, YOU ARE WAIVING ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE IN THE IDEA OR ANY RELATED MATERIALS AND ARE REPRESENTING AND WARRANTING TO The Bartholomew Method THAT THE IDEA AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS ARE WHOLLY ORIGINAL WITH YOU, THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS ANY RIGHTS IN THE IDEA AND/OR MATERIALS AND THAT The Bartholomew Method IS FREE TO IMPLEMENT THE IDEA AND TO USE THE MATERIALS IF IT SO DESIRES, AS PROVIDED OR AS MODIFIED BY The Bartholomew Method, WITHOUT OBTAINING PERMISSION OR LICENSE FROM ANY OTHER PARTY.

23. SUBMITTED CONTENT
You hereby agree that all content you submit to The Bartholomew Method, via web forms, email to the editor, email to employees, phone calls, faces or other form of communication shall become the sole property of The Bartholomew Method and may be used by The Bartholomew Method in any way whatsoever, without limitation.

24. NON MEDICAL CARE
The Bartholomew Method is not a substitute for medical care, and offers no health warranties or guarantees of any kind. The information provided on these pages is not meant to be a substitute for medical advice from your doctor or health care provider. Users of The Bartholomew Method are advised that health advice is often subject to updating and refining due to medical research and developments. 25. RETURN POLICY
All sales are final - no exceptions please.
All sales of gift cards, e-gift certificates, Bartholomew Method Services and Herbal Heat Packs marked as "Sale" are final.
Final Sale items can't be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Sales are non transferable - packages may not be use by other customers other than the person the package was purchased for. 
Multi-service Packages are non-refundable. 

26. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. 
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Arriving late 
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.  If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

27. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights of The Bartholomew Method and The Bartholomew Method Network, The Bartholomew Method reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all access and or user accounts on any and all of The Bartholomew Method Network websites.
